Ideal for basic experiments such as plating silicon wafer chips and bump plating.

Structure of Smart Cell

The Smart Cell is used by placing on a magnetic stirrer and the stirrer is rotated. As shown in the figure below, overflow circulation allows the plating area to maintain a constant liquid level even when the plating solution evaporates, thus ensuring stable current distribution and plating area.

Assembly Example

  • Tank: Two types of tank capacities are available: 500mL and 1000mL.
  • Jigs: Two types of jigs for anode and cathode are available: 10x15mm and 30x30mm.
    10x15mm jig can be installed for 500mL tank and both 10x15mm and 30x30mm jigs for 1000mL tanks, respectively.
  • Heater: Micro Cell Ⅰw /Ⅱw Heater is compatible for 500mL tanks / Hull Cell Heater for 1000mL tank
  • If you require other capacities or jig size, we will accept special orders.
  • If you wish to use a hot stirrer, please use the Smart Cell glass type  (A-56-0500G).
  • Not sold as a set.
