Founded in 1950, we have the technical capabilities cultivated as a specialized manufacturer of plating equipment.
We have a track record of producing various equipment such as roll-to-roll continuous plating equipment, jet high-speed plating equipment, rotary high-speed plating equipment for wafers, and rotary rocking equipment for electroless plating. Our experience to produce laboratory equipment is also used medical engineering.

We specialize in the manufacture of small devices that can be installed on a desk.
We design, manufacture and sell experimental equipment for various plating from beaker size to about 200L, small production equipment, anode / cathode plate, and other parts for experiment.

Regarding plating, we can provide custom orders from jigs and plates.
Please feel free to contact us from one point, such as jigs and positive gears that match the shape of the sample size, anode plates and anode bags of different sizes, and overflow tanks.
 

■Number of patent: more than 10 (in MEMS and semiconductor fields)

 
We have obtained more than 10 patents for sealed cathode cartridges for wafer plating, jet plating equipment, and tanks for wafers.

Jet Plating Equipment

Plating equipment which blows plating solution onto samples at high speed, in order to perform plating test under high current density conditions.
It became easier that attaching/detaching samples and thermostats.
Minimum size of sample is 1cm square and maximum is 4inch square. Not only square shaped but also round shaped sample is available. Please contact us for more information.

Circulating and replenishment-type plating equipment

A set of plating tanks which equips main plating section and preparation section. If volume of liquid decreased by some reasons such as natural evaporation or heating, preparation section supplies liquid to main plating section automatically. We can adjust size, liquid volume, and other parameters since this is semi-custom-made product. For details, please feel free to contact us.

Biofilm reactor

This device is to make resident bacteria generate biofilm on the surface of sample material artificially, acceleratedly, with good reproductivity, in order to  evaluate the degree of sliminess, dirtiness, corrodibility, and hygiene deterioration.
To solve issues from biofilm which causes a variety of  industrial, hygienic, and medical problems from kitchen,  pipes to medical field, this device  is highly effective.
