PLATING TANK, TRIAL AND SMALL-LOT PRODUCTION KIT
2L LABORATORY SQUARE TANK (B-89-CELL-02N)
Sized so that 4-inch wafers or 100×100 mm test-pieces can be placed inside. Plating with relatively small amount of bath solution (about 2L bath volume) is possible.
Made of glass, acryl or SUS316. Types and temperature of plating solution can be selected. Large variety of optional parts is also available.
