Frequently asked questions for exporting

Q. Do you issue parameter sheet ?

A. We issue both in English/Japanese on request. Please state that you need parameter sheet and export destination country on PO.


Q. Do you issue Certificate of Analysis in English ?

A. We do. Please let us know that you need CoA and export destination country in advance. If addressee and production lot number are necessary too, please also state that on PO. We do NOT issue after shipment.


Q. Do you issue SDS ?

A. We issue only in English/Japanese. We send it after receiving order.


Q. Do you pack hazardous items with UN cartons ?

A. We do NOT serve UN carton packing. However, we pack exporting items with double cardboard box or durable box.


Q. Do you ship items to overseas ?

A. Basically we do. But some items, such as items without CE marking or hazardous items, are not able to be shipped to certain countries. For detail, please contact us. Additionally, we ask foreign customers in some countries to deal with us through our distributor.

We do NOT ship items to foreign countries on request from domestic customers.


Q. Do you guarantee/repair items bought in Japan domestically but used in foreign countries?

A. Even if used in overseas, if the items were used in proper usage and within 1 year from date of purchase, we repair items for free. Prior to sending items to us, please contact us through distributor and let us know detailed breakage situation. However, in case the breakage is due to a fire, natural disaster, abnormal voltage, improper handling, chemicals/solutions, or repair of consumables, it may be paid repairing. Additionally, even if within the duration of warranty, we ask customers to bear the cost of returning, such as delivery cost and tariff.
